I would wait on ordering from this restaurant until they are better staffed. It recently went through renovations and it is still clearly not ready to be available to the public. The menus are printed out on the counters and I’ve seen construction workers going in and out from the kitchen area. I’ve ordered thrice from this location for lunch/dinner via the app and kiosk and it has always taken at a minimum, 30 minutes for my small order to be fully completed. There’s nothing wrong with the food, but the wait time is not worth the hassle.
The worst experience ever. I placed an online order, and when I opened my order it was incorrect. First the bag was soaked through, next none of the tacos were what I paid for. I then called the store and spoke with Miss. Maddie, she was extremely helpful and asked me if I could return. When I returned, a young lady who was making the tacos began to raise hell about how the order wasn’t wrong and how I as the customer most likely messed it up. She kept ranting out loud about how customers need to stop complaining and wanting stuff to be remade. I felt extremely bad for Miss. Maddie, having to deal with such a young and immature young lady.
If you order delivery you will be missing food. If you go through the drive through you will be missing food. If you go into the dining room you will be missing food. If you order more than one taco it will be randomly wrapped and there’s no way to identify who’s burrito it is. Even though the paper has names on it, but they choose not to use it. You have been warned.
This place is horrible, if you are ever hungry and around the area go to the McDonald's down the road. Order was 13 Tacos and a Mexican pizza for the group. 2/13 tacos that we got were actually correct. There was hair in the food. no effort to even put in straws and it was all just thrown into one bag. I don't recommend.
I really enjoyed the food and appreciated the cashier that took my order. Her name is Krystal and she was very upfront and sweet making me feel at home. I got a dine on order for me and my friend. i will definitly be going backFood: 4/5
The worst service I have ever experienced at any Taco Bell. The drive thru asked if they could keep my change for their tip. It was 7.00. Completely unethical. In addition, they are rude almost every time I pass by the drive thru. Fix your customer service.
They always take a long time to deliver the food. If you don't want to waste your time, don't go to this restaurant. I've spent more than 30 minutes waiting for food, they're supposed to be fast food
Ridiculously slow service. Ordered through the mobile app, had to go in the store after going through the drive thru to pick up the order. They had not even started making the order over 40 minutes after they confirmed it verbally at the drive through! Asked for a manager and he said he just got there. I am never going to this Taco Bell again.
Maybe I'll go back and try again , but this place was a wreck. SLOW service , upset Uber eats delivery people were at the counter asking constantly for their order , and they were in the middle of a upgrade or something so no signage, dirty bathroom and the staff was scrambling the entire time just to get food to the drive though customers. It was not a great experience.
This Tacobell is the worst at night. Food taste bad like old oil and employees are just alone talking in the phone or making jokes. No supervisor there. Been there a lot of time but everytime gets worst . I said maybe was because of the remodeling but no . I dont recomend this place to eat in the night shift.
