I should give it 1 stars but I won’t knock it all the way down due to the times iv gone and it actually being good. I went today and had the worst experience ever. Normally i’d go and my bowl or burrito would be good, and the chips are typically stale… But this time, My CILANTRO LIME RICE was literally just white rice with salt, No lime, No cilantro. The entire tray of Cilantro Lime Rice they had was literally just really salty white rice with no cilantro in sight. Not to mention, the rice was also really wet which had too much water added to it, and wasn’t mixed properly so some spots that I ate was a mouth full of salt, and some was really bland soggy white rice. Furthermore, my chips was again stale, and finding a clean table was a bit difficult. For $20 ish that I paid for my meal, this chipotle deserves a 2 stars, really a 1 star for how they continue to serve customers food that isn’t to its standards & as advertised, and their continue disregard for simply getting chips right. A nice note of warning when ordering if they are out of something like cilantro lime rice would be nice.
I used to love chipotle but they've gone super downhill. Ordered double beans, double rice, ended up with a bowl that was 1/3 empty. I will probably try to avoid them going forward sadly.
Today I had bad experience Chipotle at Winter Garden Village looks like they used a feet to prepare my order, 3 tacos with chicken,lettuce and sour cream, also I ordered salad with chicken corn, sour cream and extra of guacamole I paid extra for nothing, you will see at the pictures. I told to the lady at the cashier but she didn't pay any attention, looks like she doesn't care about the quality.... horrible horrible horrible
Ordered through online service, which was quick and received accurate order and it was sealed. Guac was brown. We have ordered multiple times before in this fashion and never had a problem. Attempted to scrape outer layer and quality was the same all throughout. I have never gotton such poor quality guac in the past. After multiple attempts to contact store to speak to mgr and unable to speak with anyone. I am left with no other option but to do an unfavorable review.
The food is way over priced for the amount of food that is given. The girl that was making my food had bad attitude, she did not give a F$&@&! I asked her to put a little hot sauce on my bowl and she filled the entire spoon up and c poured it all over my food. I was there on my lunch break and didn’t have time for her to remake it. And! The chips are pre made and only fill a quarter of the way up the bag! And! The chips were stale! I haven’t been to a chipotle in 8 years! I finally decided to give them another chance and this is what happens! Never again!
That store needs some real attention…specially when it comes to cleanliness. The store is filthy! Floors are sticky and trash cans are always full. The station where the prepare the food is beyond disgusting. Soda stations are always without lids, straws and napkins. The counter where they prepare TOGOs are always filthy with food. They really need someone managing that store better, because it looks like no one works there.
Customer service and cleanliness are not a priority for this particular chipotle. Asking how long it would be to wait for the black beans and the girl roles her eyes and says no more black beans. The whole food line is dirty! Looks like food was tossed into every container and the staff was brushing the food off the counter onto the floor with their gloves and then grabbing the lettuce and cheese with the same gloves. Gross
Me and my family eat at chipotle at least 2 times a week and I have never had this bad of an experience. Not only were certain food items unavailablewhich can happen so I opted for other items the staff was rude, the food line was dirty and the worst thing for me is when the cashier decided to help close the lid on my food with no gloves and her long fingernails went into my food and I asked her to please not touch my food with her fingers and then she got an attitude and started aggressively tossing the items in the bag. I will never be back to this location again. I know times are tough and it is difficult to find staff but I still think customer service and definitely cleanliness should be a priority. Especially with food and I can see your fingers in my food!
DO NOT ORDER TAKOUT/DELIVERY!!! Make sure you can watch them make it if you choose to visit here. This was my second time ordering from this location via Uber eats, and it’s the second time they got my order wrong! Not only was I missing all of my toppings, but there were barely any beans or meat and what little meat was there was sooooo dry. Basically just rice It was pathetic! And I just got off work and am starving. There goes my money and my meal! Happy New Year to me!
It’s been a while since the last time I’ve been to chipotle. Last experiences where very disappointing because they were out of something. Today the food was very good like the old times, but the highlight was the amazing service of a gentlemen that was preparing the order.
