This place truly has gone downhill over the last few years where all of the great employees and managers are no longer there. it was really bad the other day. It seemed the only person working was the gentlemen behind the counter taking our orders. There was no one there customer wise at 1130 on a Thursday, no one see picture- my fiend is in picture he had to go get a refill himself while employees chatted with each other with the exception of the employees in the back yelling and chatting and the taller black employee that was yelling to the people in the kitchen from where we were eating then just chilling at a table for the entire duration we were there. The reason why I am writing this, is because we asked the employee for a drink, that was right in front of us yelling at the other employees, and he wouldn’t even acknowledge our existence and walked away after my senior friend asked kindly “excuse me” 3 times. When we left we passed 2 employees who couldn’t even muster the courtesy to stop their personal chatter and look at us and say anything. Again, we were the only customers in the entire place for the hour we were there. Now I see why this place is dead. We will go to chipotle next time.
Don’t expect them to get online orders done on time! Waited about 30 minutes past the “pickup” time for an order. Location has really gone downhill as far as service goes… been going here for almost 8 years until today’s experience! Also… my wings were raw! Never again!
Terrible food experience all around the people working there are nice. The chicken has absolutely no flavor. I couldn’t even finish my “Chipotle “ chicken burrito because I’m literally turned off by the flavor. Maybe if I tried finishing the chips because I’m hungry but they are stale stale stale. The food was good as normal, but the waiters attitude was abysmal. When he was taking our order at the register, he was literally leaning on the counter, as if he was tired and just didn’t care. Then, when he delivered the food, did so silently with a smirk on his face. But his coworker was the complete opposite and what’s you would expect from a restaurant or a waiter/waitress, friendly, kind checks it with people to make sure the food is good.
Well the food is pretty good and made fresh when you order it to your specifications. But the people are really the best thing about this place. Everyone makes you feel so welcome and they are very willing to help you with anything you need. They remember us when we come in and they always walk around the tables asking if anyone needs anything. The nice thing about that is this is a fast food place, kinda, it is not table service and they don't have to do that but they do. That's what sets this place above the rest. Look what they did for me Also, definitely sign up for their Club thing you earn points quickly and they give really good rewards.
Tijuana flats is never disappointing. I was traveling for work and this location is central, easily visible from the road and fast! The team here got my food to me rather quickly and it was delicious. Highly recommend the nachos with everything on it. They also have outside seating. A bit noisy but it's not somewhere you would being a date to. Food 7/10, ambience 5/10 cleanliness 6/10 noise 8/10
I ordered mega tacos on line and got less than a regular taco, not happy at all. You can see the only thing in half the taco is a little cheese, ripped off. Also asked for side of hot sauce but none in the bag. It is my own fault for not checking but I also don't need the added hassle of making sure you did your job. Will not try this again. I'd call but the place was having trouble keeping up obviously.
good food but i waited 44 mins to get my chimichanga! and watched other people who ordered after me get theirs! kinda unfortunate! it shouldn’t be my job to ask where my food is.Recommended dishesQuesadilla, Chimichanga
The sauce bar containers look like they haven’t been cleaned in weeks or longer. The crew of employees have music in the grill area blaring over the restaurant music in the lobby with hard rap and the N word in every other line of lyrics. Guests are eating outside because it’s offensive.
