Every step of my process with Servpro was great. Stacey, Matt, and Keith were all very helpful in getting the appropriate estimates. Later, when the insurance company representing the plumber who caused the damage were slowing the process, they had no problem quickly forwarding the claim information over to my carrier. All the staff in contact with me were prompt, polite, and professional.

The SERVPRO of Delaware Ohio is the best business of its type in town! They were extremely professional, curtious, timely, and helpful. Their work remediating the issues in my Dad's house, helped result in the quick sale of my medically ailing father's house. I recommend them to everyone. Thanks again!!

The owner and his crew came out to my mother's house to clean up after her stroke. He told me he would bill her homeowner's insurance. I told him it wasn't my responsibility and he said he just needed a signature. After she passed away, a couple of months later, he called to collect, and he was told who to contact to get payment from the Estate. Ten months later, and no phone calls since, he gets collections after me despite the fact it wasn't my responsibility and he mentioned he could bill the homeowner's insurance policy at the time of service. I'm appalled someone would act like this and do business in this manner by preying on those vulnerable and will say anything just to get business.

Thorough inquiry and conversation of the crisis at hand creates an efficiency that allows their technicians to quickly arrive on site with the appropriate equipment to handle the situation. ServPro of Delware’s mindfulness of cost containment is directly aligned with our goals of providing quality housing at reasonable rents. Technicians will communicate every opportunity possible to head off damage to the home as well as to make effective repairs to the home once the crisis has been contained/remedied. We are thankful for the professionalism and partnership we a lucky to have with ServePro of Delaware.
