Was in the this hospital for four days. I felt loved and care for by all staff and doctor's. Hopefully I won't need a hospital for a long time but this is a place that is wonderful.

I JUST NOW left. I was brought by ambulance around 730pm to the ER. It is 1201am.I was discharged 2 hours ago. They couldn't find out what was wrong with me. But I believe that it was probably stress and anxiety. They wouldn't get me a way home. I had to steal my roommate's rent money for take this sucky lyft I am currently in. They did not treat anything and in the end, only made it worse. I am in so much pain right now I can't even finish this. THANKS SETON!

I cannot say enough good things about the facility and staff at Seton NW ER. Y'all are amazing.. funny and kind, informative and helpful with a great bedside manor. Keep up the great work and thank you for always caring for me when I need it. The many times I've visited there, I never have had to make a complaint.

Probably one of the worst facilities I've been to. My dad used to come here a lot (Stage IV cancer and several surgeries) and on one occasion, they put the WRONG tube in for his pee tube (and he was screaming in excruciating pain, later to be found out by the surgeon that the nurse had put in the wrong tube!) and also another occasion where they never gave my dad his medication/painkillers (which he needed due to all the pain during his hospital stay) on the time listed on his board. When we went out there to see what was taking them so long, the guy was just standing there stating that he had to go to the other side of the facility cause something about the medication ran out or something? It takes you a freaking HOUR to go to the other side to get the MANDATORY medication NEEDED for a CERTAIN TIME when a pt is in constant pain AND diagnosed w/Stage IV cancer? I really wish they would treat patients like human beings.. not just another number on the bed. Extremely disappointed by this place.

I love this hospital so much, because of the highest level of care I receive, I will drive the extra distance just to go here. Seton hospitals are the best in town. I had my son here 15 years ago and have been to many hospitals and Seton never ceases to impress me. I don't want to go anywhere else.
