My sister and brother-in-law took me here for dinner. I thought the sushi and the atmosphere we're very good. The waitress and owner were very nice. I'd come back here again.

I work retail and I understand just how important reviews are. That being said, I rarely leave them, but the experience I had at Shabu the other night absolutely warrants one! I went there with a party of four and every dish that was placed in front of us was incredible. From the Green Beans to the Firecracker Shrimp to the Wagyu Beef Hot Rock, it just kept getting better! Chef Rob, Kevin and the rest of the staff was amazing. If you're tired of the same old stuff, Shabu is a must do when you're in Park City!

This place is so amazing!! Not only is the atmosphere one of a kind, the customer service is excellent along with their menu! They totally delivered and will definitely come back and bring others!

One of my favorites! Always great food. Be sure to make a reservation and you won't be disappointed. We love to sit at the bar but had Chelsey as our server tonight and she was great. She knew the sake and sushi and gave us great recommendations. This is always on our list of must go restaurants when in park city!

Amazing food, incredible service, and great ambience. Best sushi I've ever had, and delicious cocktails to boot. 10/10 would recommend! We got the smoked salmon nigiri, spider roll, and rising sun - each so flavorful and rich, I wanted to order them all again! The wasabi was delicious too, you can tell it's the real deal. They have a great selection of local beers (I got the hops rising) and the blackberry lemonade cocktail was pure heaven! Aimee our waitress was super friendly and helpful! The staff including the owner made us feel like we were old friends coming to visit and it was really special. It was our first time here and we came down the stairs and they immediately greeted us with a warm smile and sat us right away in the booth of our choice. Very patient with us as we took time to decide on drinks and food (we were just so overwhelmed with excitement) Definitely coming here again!!! Like this week! Can't get enough and it's totally worth the drive up from SLC!
