I had no previous experience with this park myself, but had friends who wanted to join us (we were dry-camping on the desert) and explore Ajo for a week. What a great time they had! Everyone at the park was so nice to them, all their camping neighbors were friendly and invited them over. To me, happy residents indicate a well run park. I had to make their reservation a few weeks in advance with multiple phone calls, but everyone I spoke with in the office was SO helpful! Now my friends want to come back to Ajo, thanks to having had such a great visit. I recommend this park highly!

It's very peaceful there! The staff are friendly, and the residents came out to greet us and chat while we were there. There are restrooms and showers on site as well as a clubhouse. Lots of trails all around and a beautiful view of the stars at night!

Amy is the best. She makes everybody's stay just wonderful. Weak internet in entire area.

We were here one month and loved every minute.  Everyone was so gracious.   The park is so clean.

Friendly staff and very accommodating they go out of there way to make you feel welcome. It's like one big happy family.
