Lots of RV spaces. Extremely clean. Great office personnel. We arrived Monday and they had a jam session at 6pm which was well worth seeing. Great park and plan on staying here again on our way back to California. Very impressed with the park.

I don't understand all the chicken talk. We stayed here 6 days and I would have never known about them without reading reviews. The people and staff are friendly, helpful and some very welcoming. Many of the seasonal residents own ATVs and will gladly take you on a trip into the desert with them.  Relaxing place to stay with activities if you choose to participate. Will stop again.

Very nice and clean park. Generous spaces. Very friendly folk here. Geared mainly for adults, there are lots of scheduled group activities. Very reasonable rates. I did not rate it 5 stars because of chicken egg farm smells but in the last month it happend only a few times. We will be staying here next winter!

We stayed here 4 months over the winter of 16/17 and loved it. The weather was perfect, having only 4 days of rain, upper 70s during the day, 40s at night.  It is in the desert, so the area is dry, but a welcome change from the northwest's rainy winter. There are plenty of activities available, including a wood shop, lapidary shop, heated pool, activity center with billiards and work out room. Many social activities also. This is a really friendly park. Only the short timers come with an attitude - jealous because they can't stay longer?

 The staff is great - helpful and friendly, and the overnight spaces are large and comfortable. There is shopping within a reasonable distance.

Bring your UTV because this place has great access to large tracts of BLM land and wilderness areas for hiking and exploring. It makes an ideal home base for exploring the nearby wilderness areas.

It was fine except it smelled like a chicken coop and there were so many flies.  Maybe just the wind direction while we stayed.  It's too bad for the owners b/c everyone was really nice.  The commercial egg production facility and its proximity to the grounds just ruined it.
