First time appointment. Arrived at 1:05 PM for a 1:30 PM appointment. Check in was smooth. About 1:20 PM was taken back for vitals and was in the exam room no later than 1:30 PM. At 2:10 PM I got up to leave. No one bothered to stop in to say the doctor was running late but rather left me to sit and stare at the walls wasting time. I found the nurse to be sitting in a room across from the exam room I was in so asked her which was the way out and that I was leaving. She said the doctor would be right in so I reminded her I had a 1:30 PM appointment and was leaving. The doctor was sitting in the room next to my exam room and tried to get me to stay but my limit for waiting had been exceeded. I’m appalled the staff has so little regard for patients that they don’t bother to keep patients informed of delays. A little courtesy goes a long ways for establishing patient relationships. I for one have better things to do with the time I take off from work than to sit in an empty room and ignored. This might be acceptable for others but it's unacceptable for me especially for a first experience with this office.

Dismissive, neglectful, rude, refused to discuss patient's condition with her or her primary care physician, had no recollection of patient's serious cardiac conditions despite repeated reminders, no recollection/record of prescription that he himself wrote. This man should not be permitted to practice medicine. His lack of concern for this patient could without exaggeration be categorized as malpractice.
