Don’t go here for blood tests. They wouldn’t give me my results on the phone. I went in and had to wait two and a half hours just to hear that everything was fine.

THE worst customer service!!! If I could somehow give them a 0 I would, to be fair the day I went in the young lady that opened the office was very polite. However I had to call them as I needed prescription for additional medication per the pharmacy the instructed me to call dr to get prescription, which I did and the lady that answered told me to do opposite which was have the pharmacy call! I was explaining to her what the  pharmacy said and she hung up! I called again and asked did she hang up? she said YES I did what do you want now?? There was no reasoning with this lady not interested in patients, and their fragile condition!! DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM, although doesn't seem to matter that people complain about them because their offices is always full

Very professional staff - always patient with my questions and helpful.
I definitely recommend this Doc - I trust his expertise, he seems experienced and knowledgeable.  I went recently, had a health question - he listened, and ran tests - we were able to find the cause of my concern, and treat it. I enjoy his no nonsense (and no guessing) approach.

The receptionist is a nast Guyanese lady. Hangs up the phone on you when she doesn't want to work. When you call back she puts you on hold. She needs to be fired. She doesn't care about your health and well being. It reflects what the doctors stand for. I've been going there for years. I would never recommend anyone to go there even if you are dying. WORST MOST DISGUSTING EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE.
