I have loved Shake Shack ever since one of them opened near my old job back in Brooklyn. I was pleasantly surprised to find some out here upon moving to Denver. Yes, the items are a bit pricier than at the average fast food joint, but I feel the quality both of ingredients as well as employee is far superior. I had a shroom burger, cheese fries and a chocolate shake. As always, everything was delicious. The restaurant itself was very clean and the staff were great!
It was a little on the pricier side but overall, I think the burgers were so delicious and customizable. The fries were good and crispy and the shake was so good as well. Will definitely be back.
They messed up our order originally, giving us the wrong number of cheese fries. We then open our meal to find that most of our burgers don’t even have a full bun on them! The place wasn’t even busy, just lazy!
One thing I like about this place they Wipe everything off with disinfectant, STILLL SO THATS A plus the food took 25 mins exactly I got the smoked burger with a cookies n cream milk shake. The burger was soo seasoned good wise bun toasted only thing I would have like to see is the pepper to be grilled a lil but this is a good burger place…great customer service skills… I didn’t wanna touch the kiosk they help me any way. I appreciate the GREAT FOOD ON MY BAD DAY
Got 2 bacon cheeseburgers and an order of fries to share between my partner and me. Burgers were really small and dry. Bacon was soggy- like lunch meat ham at best. Fries were good but doesn’t make up for such a poor burger. Highly DO NOT recommend. Wendy’s honestly makes a better cheeseburger.
First time trying Shake Shack, and I loved it!! Tender burger ask for well done if you don't like pink, toasty buttered bun, and everything was fresh. I would've liked more lettuce, and my shake was a little thin when I got it. To be fair though, it was a very hot day! My dog and I appreciated the outdoor ceiling fans for the patio seating! The staff took the time to check their shake recipe for my allergy, and I really appreciated that I used the app to order and put that I have a tree nut allergy. Thank you, Shake Shack!!! I'll be back
I have 3 complaints: -lettuce on my burger was very sad and inedible. -Fries were cold not lukewarm, but cold -Soda is $3.50. That's just crazy. Much better value at Sonic right next door.
I was a little nervous about eating there about 4 weeks ago I always stick to eating at places I know, but I felt like trying something new and I must say the food here was amazing ! The fries were really good and the burger could have been 5 out of 5 if it was well done, they are a bit pink on the inside great if you like your burger like that but that's not for me. Besides that, they have decent size soda and the fact that they have a self-order kiosk and not having to wait in line to order food is a plus! In addition you get to pick if you eat inside or outside in the patio definitely worth giving it a try!
Food is good, hot, and cooked to order. Pricey, but you do pay for quality and freshness which is fine. Food handling education is lacking here, however. I paid in cash, and the women came from the cook line, with gloves on, took my cash with greasy gloves on, gave me change, then went right back to the line without changing the gloves. It should be well known in food service or at least taught that gloves should be removed before handling cash or touching any other surface, washed, then new gloves applied. This actually happened a second time with another employee who took cash and handled drinks, cups, lids, and touched food to put on trays. What appeared to be a manager even did the same thing before putting together another order. Makes me wonder what else this practice extends to regarding sanitation and food safety practices
Great service, clean space, appreciate the gluten free bun option was actually good. The flavor was there, but everything was just too salty. Our group of 4 all felt the same way. The fries and their special sauce were the worst culprits. Could have just been an off day for the kitchen staff.
