I would highly recommend this Arthur's Jewelers.  First off, they're the only place in Minnesota that carries Tacori.  I went in to buy an engagement ring without much knowledge of what to look for in a ring and how much to spend.  I was helped out by Bobbie, and she was amazing!  She taught me about the difference between the engagement ring and band as well as what to look for in regards to the cut, color, clarity, etc. of the diamond.  She helped me with what I was looking for and didn't try to steer me in a different direction.  There was no push to spend more whatsoever.  
My experience with the rest of the staff has been great as well.  Everyone has been friendly and helpful in my experiences there.  The free ongoing service of your ring they offer is a great value.  I'll definitely be purchasing more jewelry here in the future.

My fiance picked out my engagement ring from Arthur's Jewelers - it was perfect. After he popped the question, we went there to pick out our wedding bands and re-size my engagement ring. The service was prompt and courteous. All staff members were professional, friendly, knowledgeable, patient, and did not pressure us at all. We're very happy with our purchase and the service we received. Since then, I've stopped back to get my ring cleaned for free. I'm happy every time I walk out the door. I especially appreciate their complimentary cleaning, re-sizing, soldering, and various services. We've visited other jewelry stores as well - the service and selection are nowhere near Arthur's.

Love, love, love Arthur's!! My fiancé and I went in together to shop and loved the experience! We worked with Julie and she was kind and super helpful! After trying several on, she knew our style, budget, and was able to help us find the perfect ring within our budget. This is where my parents got their rings and we had an excellent experience as well. We will certainly be going back for our wedding band purchases and any other future jewelry purchases:)

After seeing all the great reviews on here I decided to check it out for myself.  I was given a ring from my mother and needed it sized.  This particular ring is very special to me and wanted to make sure it was well taken care of.  As I entered, I was greeted by Bobbi she helped me right away and took care of me and my mothers ring.  She was professional, knowledgeable, and made me feel comfortable right away.  She answered all my questions and took the time to show me other jewelry I was interested in without pushing.  If there was a question she didn’t know a definite answer to she consulted with the other staff who were also happy to assist.   I highly recommend Arthur’s and will definitely purchase all my future jewelry from them.  Thank you for your fantastic service!  See you soon Bobbi!

Outstanding service. I highly recommend speaking with April; she was incredibly helpful and informative as my partner and I looked for our perfect, non-traditional ring. If you're on a budget, this isn't necessarily the best place for that, but the service is truly exceptional!
