I had a wonderful experience with Sean and the team. He did a wonderful job at explaining the process of creating a custom ring. He was able to go the extra mile to follow up and listen to the design changes we wanted in our ring. A big seller for us was the cleaning and warranty policy that they carry. I totally recommend wedding day diamonds for a superb experience.

At first I was hesitant, going into a store that I didn’t think I could afford to buy from, and given all that I had been through prior....I had been to so many other places only to be treated kind of crappy, ignored or they tried to sell me over-priced garbage (because they didn’t know I am a super nerd and know a ton about gemology, and am also well educated)I get that kind of service a lot for one reason only unfortunately, because I am heavily tattooed... other stores (not Just jewelry stores) tend to surpass me, and seem to gravitate to “where they think there is money”. I not only have social anxiety, but I am also on a tight budget. Kristin was absolutely amazing. She listened to what I was saying, made me feel very comfortable and literally made me feel like I was at home. That is not a common thing for me. I can not say thank you enough to the staff, (especially Kristin) for being so wonderful and helpful! I would highly recommend this store and any staff person to help you! I know all too often I’m advertising it is just a lot of “inflated garbage” to try to get you in their store. This isn’t the case here!! They stand behind what you hear as it shows that excellence in customer communication is their priority. I could literally go on forever about this place!!! They are truly “diamonds in the rough” and set an incredibly high precedent for the jewelry industry! Thank you thank you thank you I love my newest addition to my collection SO MUCH!! Word of mouth is always the best advertising and I truly can not recommend the kindness and personal touch this store has enough!!! (No, I was not PAID to say any of this, it is my 100% honest review ☺️)

Dasha was AMAZING! My mom and I came in to get ideas and she was extremely helpful. I contacted her several times through email to ask questions and she always responded very fast and gave me all the information I needed. This process couldn't have gone any smoother. THANK YOU for helping my boyfriend (fiance now) choose my dream ring!!

Stopped in at wedding day with my girlfriend who wanted to get an old ring cleaned. Came in not knowing anything about wedding rings and Riley explained everything in such good, yet simple detail that I could understand not knowing much. Don't judge the store from the outside, looks a little outdated besides that once your inside the people are great and very friendly. Highly recommend.
