I visited 209 Salon for the first time a week ago. I needed highlights and also a few layers cut into my hair, which is past shoulder length. Luis did a beautiful job on both and I am extremely satisfied.  I will definitely be returning to have Luis do my next touch-up and trim.

Have been going here for years to see Emilie. My hair is coarse, thick and a very bland brown. Emilie always works wonders on it with her highlights and cut. She also cuts my little girl's hair. Emilie and her husband, Rich are the owners and are always friendly and professional. We feel like family when we come in and not just a customer.

I would give them a zero if i could! I literally left with nothing done to my hair after an appointment. Before my appointment I called and talked to the owner and also sent pictures of my hair and what i wanted, they said i would probably need Full Balayage and when i arrived for my appointment, Savannah told me she DID NOT have time to do Full but part balayage...which was what my appointment was for Full!  After that the owner came back to tell me she could NOT do my hair because she was not comfortable ...what?!?! She literally hid out of sight and had him come tell me. I as in shock and very confused, the owner was initially nice and said she didn't think she could accomplish the look i wanted and he would reschedule me with someone else. Well i got his card and called him back after he did not call me to reschedule with a stylist that "felt comfortable" doing balayage...remember i did send pictures ahead of time and they recommend the girl who first didn't have enough time and then was not comfortable doing her job....anyway he never called to schedule and then did not return my phone call when i called. The ONLY reason I even attempted to reschedule is because a friend of my highly recommend Luis.  This was absolutely the worse service and the strangest experience i have ever had in a salon!!

Very nice place, I came with my sister in law and was treated so nicely it made me want to get my hair done there as well. Savanah was AWESOME

The staff and owner are entertainment all on their own.  Top it off with  gentle but honest way of giving their opinions of hair, and a professional final product and you cannot go wrong.
