Love this place. The workers here do a wonderful job. They take there time and it shows. A $30 car wash looks like it was detailed.  Just wish the person who spent time got to keep the tips instead of it going in a jar.

After my 3rd time here, don't think I'll be coming back.  Why?  (1) nickel and dime to death  pricing, (2)  my vehicle seems to have more scratches than when it came in, particularly on the bumper and wind shield.   (3) employees look unhappy here and work like it.  I'll do better going to a self service for less money.  I would never take a really nice car to this place.   

Improve pricing system, service,  and quality and I'll gladly come back and add some stars.

In the past we have always been happy with the service. I think the guys doing the work had been doing a good job. This time, we paid over $30 and the car came back with bugs and dirt on the front. Also, the tire prep didn't cover the tire side wall and was streaked. The scent smelled like curry. We are done...

I also learned the management takes all tips from the workers and doesn't share. This is probably one of the reasons quality has fallen. Not sure if this is due to the new minimum wage increase. Even so it a negative for the workforce and probably demotivates them.

I am currently here for the third time.... I have to continue to bring my car back because nothing was wiped down fully and the vacuuming was horrible.. I work for Cell One and they never do a good job on my work car either and I Bring that in every couple of weeks because there is not another option.. The one cool thing they had was a punch card for every wash that would earn you a free basic wash and I really enjoyed that and now they dont offer that.. the wait time is always super long as well. If you want your car washed right don't come here it's better to just go to flagstaff or the valley for better prices and a cleaner car.

I always get the Ultimate Car Wash for my Corolla.  They do an excellent job inside and out.
