They don't answer the phone.  Got transferred to different depts before I got the right one.  One person tells you one thing and the other tells you something different.  It's funny the hospital only respond positive reviews on here.  My wife has a champVA id card, she just got to this country waiting for her SS card.  But clinic B would not treat her without the SS card.  That is illegal.  Legally you can not require a SS card for an ID.  I will be contacting my states Atty Generals office and file a complaint.   Yet Sierra vista hospital will treat illegals in their ER.  My wife was referred to other clinics and they did not require a SS card.

The staff has been great, I got to the er at shift change and the dissemination of information was unsatisfactory but as soon as I said I was ready to walk out the Doc came right away and stapled my head up tight.  The discharge process has been extremely slow and unsatisfactory. I believe quality care is possible here they just need to work on communication And efficiency.

If I could give this place ZERO stars I would. My father was DYING. They treated him without dignity, sent him home at 4 am. We had to call EMT to take him back to this hell hole, as there was no other place he could go. They left him uncovered, freezing, and did not assist him in changing his clothes. He lay there in his own filth for hours until he could be flown to Cruces.

Worst hospital they misdiagnose people with the same problem over and over, and end up killing half the people they take care of!
