This place is ridiculous I might add. Increase in rent to pay a maintenance to fix up their place? Full of people living in other people's storage sheds. Electricity is not calculated correctly.  Place just needs better everything. Not worth it. Makes sense why more and more people are moving etc. Discrimination at its highest here. No one's rent here is the same raises are all different due to what they feel suit. Star management company isn't great either. Rarely in office. No calls back . It goes on .

Seeing isn't believing here my friend's. Place is a Rip off!!! Notice corporate comes to visit they get on there stuff. Moment they leave it's back to normal. Rules don't apply to them ever. Goes out the wrong way, down a one way but has audacity to get on other's for doing it. Place is a joke.

Haven't lived here but about a year. Two increases in the rent for no respect from management at all. Place is horribly kept. However, looking at managements home looks very updated. New fence,and everything. Noticed that there's a  lock on fence towards front door.  Why is there a lock? What if your tenant is having a emergency of some sort? This place isn't worth it. I've seen more than 10 families move out.... should tell you something. Poor poor management. Place would be great if managed correctly.

DON'T DO IT. SIESTA SUCKS. POOR PROPERTY MANAGEMENT. RAISES RENT 2XS IN ONE YEAR TO PAY MAINTENANCE MAN TO WORK ON HIS PLACE AND NOT PARK. OLDER MAN WORKS HARDER THAN HIM. THEY RAISE WASH AND DRY? AND SEEMS LIKE UTILITIES KEEP SKY ROCKETING AS OTHERS HAVE SAID. BEEN CALLING MANAGEMENT COMPANY NO RESPONSE?! USER'S ARE WHAT THESE PEOPLE ARE EVEN FOR PPL WHO'VE LIVED HERE OVER 5+ YRS.  SHE COMES AND MESSES EVERYONE'S STUFF UP. NO VISITORS PARKING AT ALL. RAISES RENT AND UTILITIES.... AND WASH+DRY 2XS . MEANWHILE WE HAVEN'T HAD A FRONT DRYER IN OVER 2 MONTHS NOW..... WHAT IS THE MANAGER OR MANAGEMENT COMPANY FOR IF THIS PLACE LOOKS THE WAY IT DOES. CLEAN UP THE ELECTRICAL CORDS IN MIDDLE OF TRAILERS HANGING, EXPOSED... ETC..  FENCE NEEDS TO BE REPLACED... FIX THIS PLACE..... AND WE'RE PAYING FOR HER TO LIVE HERE. FOLLOWS HER OWN RULES SO MANY PPL HAVE MOVED..  IT'S CRAZY. EXITS PARK GOING WRONG WAY. U CAN DELETE MY COMMENT. I'VE SCREEN SHOTTED THEM ALL.
