They scratched my vehicle. Deep scratch down the entire drivers side of my vehicle. Then the manager called me a liar and told me I didn't know how to drive. I will NEVER return! I filed a complaint with their corporate office and they have the attitude that its my fault. I filed a complaint with the BBB hoping for a resolution.

I was referred to this car wash by my realtor because of their great deal - $10/mth. for unlimited car washes!  I signed up right away after I settled into my house, approximately March of 2016.

They put a sticker on my front windshield and getting a wash was simple, just pull up, it reads your sticker, asks if you want anything extra, and voila, you're in!

For the first month or so I was pleased with it, but then I got busy and didn't go for a couple of months. When I went back, I noticed that it didn't even get my car clean all of the way. I didn't have time to sit and go through multiple times.

After that, it was another long time before I returned. I pulled up and it wouldn't read my sticker. I had to literally back out of the lane and pull up to the inside part and go in. They explained that they switched over to a new system and needed to update my information b/c the new system didn't carry it over. After going through the whole thing, the sticker still wouldn't work and never did afterwards. Additionally, when I was going through the car wash, it was squeaking against my wheel and I think it caused some damage.

I cancelled the monthly wash and tried it once since then. It didn't wash my car completely, yet again. I won't be returning.
