Hands down the west car wash I've ever sued for. I traveled f for work across six different states and wash my vehicle every week in a different car wash. However this is the worst car wash I've ever used. It was $7 for a basic wash and it barely got the very thin layer of dirt off of my white vehicle. And then the drying took all of about 3 seconds so now my vehicle is still dirty and has water all over it it looks terrible it was a complete and total waste of money do not waste your time or your money at this wash. Also halfway through the wash the car wash machine shut down for good 30 seconds to a minute and then restarted. It completely lost power. This place is a joke.

Crossville, tn number connects to Oak Ridge. The lady that answered was extremely rude and when I asked for the Crossville number she hung up on me. The car wash doesn')the clean very well. You cannot cancel revolving membership online or at the car wash itself. I would never purchase this membership again or recommend it to anyone else.

I got the monthly membership. The basic one is about fifteen a month. The sad part is that the fancy lights don't go with the basic membership! Haha. It's a pretty good deal, and the vacuums are free.

Now Mr. Zips. One star is to much for what they do now. You get charged a lot of money to drive through a car wash that doesn't even wash your car. The attendants do NOTHING! They guide you in don't brush your front and back like they used to do, don't cover your rear wiper blade. They no longer offer the drying towels and solutions yet charge you the same amount when all that was included. Mr Zips has lost mine and my wife's business till they find a way to make it worth the value. Worse car wash in town! Bring back the old owner and the Time To Shine! Now more like take your money and don't care if it shines or not.

$20 and they didn’t do my rims or get rid of the bugs on the front. The soap didn’t rinse off fully . My wheels are looking worse than when I went in! Will never come back here again!
