Very slow service and poor customer service. Have had issues here on multiple occasions. Took them weeks to fix my computer with literally no communication. Never returned my phone calls. Purchased a TV here once then less then a week later when I was in La crosse noticed the same TV for about half the price. When I called in and asked if they would work with me on a price difference or if I could return the product I was greeted with a very rude NO.
