Look like garbage after wearing less than a month. Never buy a Kids Sketchers!

Sadly, this outlet store does not have a large selection of shoes nor a clearance aisle. Perhaps this should be expected, as it is located in a mall under the guise of an outlet collection. Higher costs means they have to sell the shoes for more to make up for it. They do have a "get the second pair at 50% off" deal, but it doesn't beat the savings you get at a clearance aisle. Consider going to the outlet in Tacoma if you are going to get more than a couple of pairs. It is well worth it.

I asked a simple question - was given a short, abrupt, curt answer.  This business needs to greatly improve it's customer relations skills!  Have shopped here twice because I love what I bought but certainly not because of the employees!

I love sketchers but I won't b shopping here again... Rude staff... They won't help you to find your size shoe and if ur size is in stock they will even refuse you to show your size saying that it won't suit you.. Staff will make all the effort to spoil ur shopping mood and to treat u with disrespect.. Would never shop again in auburn outlet and would not recommend anyone shopping in that outlet..

This store is by far the worst !!!! I  have never been treated with so much disrespect as in this store the other day .The staff sucks big times ,if they are in a bad mood they will make sure you know or even better,they'll tell you ;) I really like skechers shoes but my experience in this store was so bad that I won't be shopping there again.
