It has been a total of 10 weeks since I placed an order online and I have still not received any information on the status of my order. Don't waste your time or money on this company. A complete scam.

WARNING . I had some shoes made some time ago with there private label service. My honest opinion is that it is beyond over priced and really bad quality. If you are new to shoe making they will definitely take advantage of you and will charge you thousands of dollars and lie in your face non stop. They say this is the price all factories charge but in reality you can make a sample shoe in Portugal for under 300 dollars and much better quality and craftmenship. If you want, for some reason to make your samples in America definitely look at LALA Land design and production in California. They are a real factory and not modern vice. If you want over priced horrible quality shoes you can risk it with modern vice, but be prepared to be lied too and wait months and months for your sample. They have trouble shipping out their own shoes so don't expect them to have your samples ready any time soon. I wish I can give them no stars. From my personal experience they are very untrustworthy people so be aware

Sometimes you throw caution to the wind and buy online and hope for the best. Best customer care from Sylvia and my boots fit perfectly. I can't say enough about every aspect of my purchase. Im a customer for life.

I absolutely love this company. The shoes are amazing, and the customer service is A+. Had a very minor problem with one of the many boots I've purchased and they took great care of me. Good things are worth the wait. I am a loyal and forever customer

Worst customer service I've ever experienced. Have been trying to contact this company for weeks on end. Still have not received a call back or email. Submitting charge back through my bank what a joke. Worst part is the shoes were supposed to be a wedding gift, the wedding takes place in 2 days!
