This is a pretty standard place. I've had facials and massages here. While the therapists and staff are attentive and friendly, the services seem very blanketed. My facial did not include extractions which seemed odd for an hour long services. My massage was pretty good, but I do wish the therapists spent more time on the trouble areas I pointed out.

I'm going to go there, only because I bought a package. However, I'm going to stop coming, because the front staff changed and new people are rude.
They changed your service people without earlier information. Then they lied they called (Lindsay). I'm very disappointed with it, because I've been their customer since 2012

UPDATE:
The manager called me and did everything to fix the situation.

O STAR

Don't ever use the services at this place. They posted a random charge on my account using my credit card info without my consent. I was so freaked out that I had to request a new credit card. Also, don't ever fall for their upsale scam as you won't be able get your money back if you are not satisfied with the results. STAY AWAY!!!

The massage was extremely rough, To the point where I had bruising afterwords. The therapist was quick and rough with her movements. Lights were fully on so there was no ambiance. Front desk people were friendly but never asked how my experience was.

This is my third time getting a facial at skin spa soho but first review. I loved my esthetician Amanda! I feel like my skin is brand new. It really felt like Amanda went the extra mile during every step today- will be booking her again.
