Pictures at the website look great but in person, the spa has seen better days. Badly needs an upgrade and a good cleaning a couple times a day.

I would have given 3 stars but the customer service was so bad that I am NOT going ever back, especially since I left there with a burned leg and a huge blister.

I was sitting in one of the saunas and a metal screw was coming off the bench. As soon as I sat on the wooden bench the back of my leg burned into a large blister. I immediately showed this to the front desk who offered to give me a bandaid and a aloe spray. Now I have a scar. 

To add, not only was this an absurd thing to happen  but they barely apologized and made me pay full price. Only positive thing is that they seemed to fix the broken bench as I showed to them the location.

Great place that has a variety of baths/saunas to choose from: Russian, steam, infrared,.. There’s also a cold room, a cold pool, a regular swimming pool, a hot tub and a restaurant serving Russian food. The admission price allows you to stay as long as you want. The midday during the weekend gets crowded, so move your hours towards morning or evening. They provide towels and slippers.

Everything about the place is amazing. The service is great along with the amenities, the friendliness of the staff and clients, as well as the good food. I highly recommend it.

Amazing place. Great saunas, wonderful steam room, cute little pool, and delicious Russian food.

Great bathhouse to go to. Great service and accommodations. Friendly staff and the food is good. Great place to network and meet new people.
