I've got a wonderful facial massage and was very glad to see my new, fresh and bright face. Great prices for great and effective result.  Procedures are not painful and does not bring a discomfort feelings.

If you’re looking for a gentle, relaxing massage, this is your place. But if you’re looking for a good deep tissue massage, this is definitely not it, even if you request for one or nicely ask for deeper pressure during the massage. They are not very responsive to individualized requests for deviations from their usual routine.

Really great, effective facials. Raven did a wonderful facial massage and virtually painless extractions. Clean and no-nonsense space - not frilly, which is actually quite nice because you know that you're paying for the service not the light fixtures. The facial, in fact, was better than one I had at the Elizabeth Arden Red Door Spa on Fifth Ave. The only reason that I don't give Face+Body by Dorit Baxter 5 stars is because the soundproofing of the treatment rooms isn't great and I don't like that serums at the end of facials are $15 add-on. With two or three serum add-ons, you could buy a great serum that would last at least a month with daily use.

Very small and not as big as their previous location. This location has no changing room, they don't offer anymore robes and slippers, no more mani or pedi, and I felt very rushed.

I use to love Dorit Baxter before it under went new management.  As small as it was in the previous location, I accepted it because of the level of service.  However, this little box place is definitely getting what you paid for.  It is cramp and there is only one massage therapist there that is about average.  Unfortunately, after my first visit to this new location, I received a gift from someone for the same service.  When I tried to schedule an appointment they refused to honor it although I didnt buy it and it was a gift.  It was said that because I used there services through a groupon that I purchased  that I can no longer use even a gift coupon. The person that purchased the company is being forced to give it to someone else or try to get their money back. If it is a gift it shouldnt matter if I came there twice.  As a matter of fact, I never want to see that little match box ever again!!!! I do not recommend this to anyone.
