We had never used St. Louis airport or nearby parking before. Through a personal recommendation and with a discount coupon [ cheapest price] we tried Skypark. It was a great experience! They met us at their ticket entry gate, explained everything, answered all our questions, unloaded our luggage at the pickup house, & pointed me to the closest parking place. We waited for the shuttle in the heated house [bathrooms are being remodeled], loaded our luggage onto the bus, got us to the airport quickly, unloaded our luggage, gave us a card explaining the pickup procedure & pointed out where to go to get picked up. When we returned, everything worked as we were told, & they picked us up promptly. Back at the lot, an ice storm had covered my car with 1/4" of ice & it was raining. I pulled my car under a carport, they loaded my luggage, 2 kids scraped all the ice off all my windows [ I tipped them ], the coupon worked, & they even offered us complimentary bottles of water when we left. I will definitely us them again & it is family owned!!!!

I have used ;Skypark for over 20 years and have always been satisfied with the service to and from the Airport. I think the drivers and loaders are courteous and professional. I do have trouble getting my frequent flyer mileage entered into my account. It is not unusual for it to take 2-3 months and often I have to call or provide verification of my parking stay. Recently I stayed 8 days-$64 ending Oct 5 and it has not been posted, so I called and then wrote 3 emails asking about the status. The contact information on the web site says they will respond in 24 hours but that did not happen. I did ask for a confirmation of receiving my email but none was forthcoming. If Skypark could improve the handling of the frequent flyer credit it would be a big improvement.

I park here 4-5 times per year and have never had any problems. I highly recommend it.
