They exceed all other parking services at STL Lambert in the following ways: 1) quick pick-up: it's sort of creepy that they stalk me when I come into the parking lot, but it's awesome because they are super friendly and quick to grab your bags and throw them on the shuttle! With other services, I usually have to ambiguously wander around until I find a shuttle or a building that I'm supposed to wait in. 2) frequency of shuttles: after I finish up at bag claim, there's ALWAYS a shuttle waiting for me. I've never had to wait. With other services, I have had to wait. 3) online coupons: It's easy to find discount coupons for my reservation with the parking spot, which makes them cheaper than the other services. 4) membership: The card is easy to use and it's easy to earn points. I don't have to worry about losing tickets or forgetting my reservation information. For everything not mentioned above, the Parking Spot is equal to the rest of the other parking services, to include distance to airport and non-discount pricing.

Just cashed in all of my points I had been saving over the last few years for an 11 day vacation and it helped out tremendously in saving me money. Thanks for not putting expiration dates on points earned! I really appreciate it! T.C. from Edwardsville, IL

Wish they were more responsive to pick up times..sometimes have to wait 30 minutes to be picked up for departure flight. Arrivals are pretty consistent though.

Great spot to park! Love the water upon exiting as well. Shuttle is quick and service is great! Will park here again!

Parking made simple! The shuttle will pick you up at your car and take you to the airport. When arriving the shuttle will come back and drop you off right at your car.
