This is my "go to" spot. Easy in and out. Much easier than the spots closer to the airport. I used to park closer, but why? It's just more congested. You still have to take a shuttle to the airport no matter where you park. And in the end, it's the same distance traveled. One time, I parked there and my battery was dead. I asked for help. They jumped my car, literally, within 5 minutes of asking.

Convenient Parking Experience. Better than parking closer to the airport because the shuttle rides are comparable, and the traffic as you exit to 170 is less than you would experience at one of the other Parking Spots.

Unfortunately though, there are less amenities now than there used to be when it was Park Express: They removed the coffee and popcorn machines when The Parking Spot bought them. Also it says there are bottles of water available upon exit, but I haven't seen the cooler like I have at other Parking Spots (such as 1 or 3 near the airport).

Friendly staff, quick in-quick out, points program, usually fast shuttle service. This last visit, I did have to wait an uncharacteristically long time (about 15 min) for a shuttle to the airport. I still miss the amenities that was part of the old Park Express (popcorn, candy, drinks).

Horriable service. Shuttle drivers drive off when they see you walking up to them. Leave when busses are half full after making eye contact with someone headed to bus. Horrible customer service. Waiting 15-20 mins after I'm off work to be picked up. That's money I could be making but they are aweful don't park here unless you wanna be late for your flight or late getting home.

The garage and parking lot are very clean and secure. The checkout staff was extremely nice and friendly.
