It is so convenient to make reservations on line. But what is more impressive is the friendliness of the team at Parking Spot 1. We got in late on this past Thursday evening and the driver was pleasant and helpful. She was so sweet. Several people got off but did not offer her a tip for helping with bags. But she smiled and wished them a good evening. Then she dropped us off and I couldn't help myself I had to give her $5 to help make up for the other guys. Thanks again for such good customer service.

I expected to find a cheaper economy parking there but didn't find. My car's battery was dead when I returned back from Cancun. I called to help number (phones located in any cabin), in 10 min service representative came with portable jump start cables and we started my car with no charge. Thank you for that! Buses also coming frequently enough and are comfortable.

We use The Parking Spot 1 whenever we fly out of St. Louis. The Covered Valet option is the way to go. The staff is very friendly and considerate, and we love having the car waiting for us and running when we get back to the garage. They take a good amount of hassle out of the travel experience, and it is worth it.

I love this place. It's relatively convenient and the shuttles are (normally) very prompt and plentiful. Get a Spot card and earn points for free parking! The ladies working the exit gates are ALWAYS friendly and quick to offer a cold bottle of water. :)

Every associate has always been very friendly. Valet is so worth it because they always have my vehicle ready to go and waiting for me.  I appreciate the bottled h20 when leaving too.  Nice touch!!
