I do love smash burger! They do make the new way to burger. I am crazy in love with the bacon egg & cheese combo, plus avocado slice. Tbh, the price is a little high to me, but to compare with shake shack and 5 guys, their price is way more make sense!

Had the smoked bacon brisket burger and some haystack onions. The onion rings were so yummy, crispy and thin. The burger was great and so was the service. I didn’t LOVE love the shake, but the dairy shakes might be a bit better than the non dairy ones that I tried. Would definitely recommend trying the smoked brisket bacon burger.

very long wait, small portions for sides such as tater tots. the tater tots were good but the bottom of the carton had thick layer of oil. I would recommend pouring the tots out on a napkin to soak up the excess oil after you get your food.  burgers were good. amazing thick crust on the patties. I had opted for double patties but that ended up being too much since the patties are actually pretty thick.

Waited a hour for a MILKSHAKE!!! We ordered at 2:24 didn’t receive last item ordered until 3:23pm so under staffed and not worth the money or my time! Chicken wings were dry and I also waited roughly 30 minutes for that as well. Fries were cold and by the time I finished my meal the milkshake was finally ready! Only thing that was good was the milkshake. I never give bad reviews unless it’s absolutely horrible and this establishment by far is the worst dining experience I’ve had!!!

Waited 40, yes FORTY minutes for just a burger and fries. When they came out they were cold. People kept walking between the kitchen and order counter but no food was coming out. There were 5 delivery drivers waiting and 14 in store customers waiting. ALL with no food received. They kept looking though bags figuring out what was missing. Only 1 fry every 4 minutes was coming out of the kitchen and when burgers came out the person prepping the bags was pushing them back into the kitchen. When the food was received the burger was room temp and the same with the fry's. The fries we're also the most oily I've ever had. The food was fine but it wasn't even warm and was super oily.

This is absolutely the worst burger I had in my entire life.I ordered a  bacon cheese burger with Avocado it came with tomatoes.perfect right? Absolutely horrible their was enough salt to prepare an huge roast beef.I took it back to the cashier and she said they hear that quit often that it's salty she apologized and said they'd give me a new order without salt.It was still extremely salty  and the burger was like  moist cardboard. The French fries were over cooked and old. I'm no fan of Macdonald or any fast food burger chain, but I give then five stars for the food actually having some flavor with the salt.Go at your own risk .

Their food is a good price but service is very slow so don’t go here if you’re in a rush. I went there around 5:00 and ordered a large smash fries and they took 12 minutes to make it even though there was only 2 people there. The other time I went at 12:00 and they took over 30 minutes to make tots. Overall I wouldn’t recommend going to this place since unless you plan on waiting forever for your food. They also only serve burgers meat only, fries and tater tots, and a wide variety of drinks; if you don’t eat burgers or fries I wouldn’t recommend you going here.

Trash customer service, we stopped here to eat for our lunch break. They messed up our orders and didn't bring out one order of wings. So we asked for a refund for just the missing item and they said oh the manager is not around so we have to wait to get a refund we said ok we will wait. Long story short the manager was standing there the whole time and went to the back and made us wait 30+ min for our refund.

Expect a very long wait for your food. This place is strongly under staffed.  I waited almost 40 mins for 1 burger and a small order of fries. I was on the verge of canceling my order, but suddenly it was finally ready. Not to mention the fries were cold. Now this is no disrespect to the staff. They worked hard and were doing the best they could. But the owner/ GM of this establishment needs to hire more people. I love Smash Burger, but sadly I will not be a returning customer at this location. 40 mins is an unacceptably long time to wait for just a burgers and small fries

Worst quality fries that are soggy. Don’t spend the $6 or whatever on them
