Excellent bike shop!! Extremely clean and relaxed environment with a well-trained sales staff, these guys know what they’re talking about and will take the time to find you a quality bike that will fit you and your budget. Also this place has by far the best mechanics around. These guys are knowledgeable, professional and honest; they give you a breakdown of the work they’re going to perform so you know exactly what you are paying for instead of getting a bill with unnecessary or surprise charges/fees.

I was struggling to find a bike that was showing up as out of stock on the Trek website. Smith's Bike Shop's owner jumped on the phone, helped me track down the bike, and provided some helpful background on bike industry distribution. Very helpful and gracious. All local Trek dealers should take note and aspire to emulate such a level of service!

Bicycle tourist friendly! Excellent service and great mechanics. They easily fixed the poor repairs I had done in another town. Always great to visit a quality bike shop.

Finally had a "BIKE FIT" done after I had some leg pain in the back side of my knee. For those of you who don't know what a "bike fit" is they put you on a trainer and watch you pedal. They then take measurements and correct and issues,  from handle bar length, seat height, pedals and the list goes on. Let me tell you it's well worth it Eric at Smiths stayed after work to help me. He ended up adjusting the seat forward and down which may not seem like much but it's a process. Pain already is feeling better and I can get back to loving what I do riding my bike. If your having any pain on your bike don't give up on riding call Smiths Cycling it's truly amazing how much a Bike Fit can help. Would highly recommend th crew at Smiths.
