Multiple, no pressure sales people helped me pick out my new FX 2, helmet, and accessories.   Even when I picked up the  assembled bike and bought a computer for it, the associate went through the basic operation. Will go back for any maintenance and additional accessories.

Great people at Trek. Went out of their way to deliver my bike at 9pm and still stuck around to answer questions and give a new bike owner some helpful tips.

Had a triathlon coming up and needed maintenance done on my bike plus a couple of extra purchases that would make my life a little easier. Staff was extremely helpful and the guys who tuned up my bike were knowledgeable, friendly, and quick with turnaround. I got my bike back way ahead of the promised time frame and in noticeably better condition than I left it.
