Great customer service, very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately many parts of the store need employees to assist customers on the floor (footwear, any boards or skis as well as bikes), if there are more customers in the store than employees you will be stuck waiting to even pick out an item that you would like to purchase.

They did a great job but didn't provide a quote prior to installation.  I went in the other day to get a chain and asked how much it would be for installation, I was informed by the mechanic "installation would be a couple bucks " I was ok with that as 2 or 3 bucks doesn't put me out much of anything.  I had looked up the price of the chain online at local competitive local shops and found it would cost around 15 to 20 bucks.  They ended up throwing on a nicer chain than want I had expected which cost 35 dollars.  In total I was charged 25 bucks more than expected.  I really wish I had been informed of the cost prior to installation.  It was so much more than I had expected that I didn't initially understand, I felt as though I had misunderstood.  It was too late to refuse service leaving me with a completely drained wallet.  Left me with a bad feeling all day.  They did do a good job on service but for some reason my stem had been loosened, would've been very dangerous if I hadn't noticed it prior to riding.  Overall it's not my local bike shop and I won't be returning.

Very friendly and helpful staff, knowledgeable about the products they carry. Price wise, you can find better value online for the same products. ie. I found a bike priced $1399 erik's for $950 online..and i bought it
