Staff woman was very rude and short with me. I walked in at 4PM and the store was dead quiet except for the woman demanding to know what I wanted. I told her and then followed her to the back where she yelled at me not to go past a certain point. Then she rushed me to check out so quick that I never had a chance to look around. When I told her I wanted a tube as well she seemed exasperated by having to deal with me. The whole experience felt extremely unpleasant like she just wanted to get rid of me. Prices were typically high for a bike shop. Also the credit card machine was very slow as we had to wait for dial up.

I have been serious about regular daily exercise for 15 years. I have turned to Dan and his staff at Middleton Cycle for help incorporating my bicycles as part of my daily routine. They know how to help make a bicycle friendly to use. He has done this to three of my bicycles. His mechanic "Vince" is the best bicycle mechanic in the world. I mean that with sincere honesty. The staff at Middleton Cycle just completed a tune up on my Trek. I put my bike through hell and back and I thought it was a lost cause. They brought it back to new- all at a very reasonable price! Thank you to the experienced and thorough staff at Middleton Cycle!

I used to go to this bike shop all of the time when I still lived nearby and it was still part of Middleton Cycle and Fitness. I was eager to try it out again to get a new helmet today. I was met by enthusiastic staff that took the time to go through the pros and cons of each model even though I greedily took up almost 30 minutes of their time. I left with a helmet that fits my head, my budget, and my cycling needs (triathlon training and racing, and commuting) perfectly. There are so many variables that go into finding a helmet and bike that fit well for what you intend to use it for, and I value a bike shop that gives you their undivided attention when you come in. I have always been impressed by Middleton Cycle and I look forward to stopping in again. As a bonus for those who also need swim gear, Simply Swimming is right next door!

Wonderful customer service. Everyone in the store was very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately we forgot his name, but the person who helped us was, knowledgeable and very patient helping our 13 year old daughter finding a bike that was "just right" for her. Excellent customer service and wide variety of bikes. We can definitely recommend this store to anyone looking for a bike or bike accessories.
