I was lucky enough to be a part of the BikeOrama event this year and I can say that this company is well owned and operated from the ground up.  Staff there were friendly, helpful and the prices were more than reasonable!  Can't wait to come back next year ;)

Brought my bike in to trade it in after having the tube pop 3 times.  Thought the bike was too small for my size.  Staff convinced me that was not the issue and my bike was in good shape.  Also helped explain how I may not be inflating tires regularly enough.  Took it over to the repair shop and the repair man found a thorn in the tire after inspecting it closely!  This was after having the tire/tube looked at and replaced twice by other shops!  Very happy this should be fixed for good.  Worth driving the extra few miles to go here next time.

The service department at any Bike Shop should be heart of the shop and without doubt Dan and Brett have heart. Dan and Brett teach fundamentals without a hint of condesention, these guys are proud of the work they do and will make sure even the most complex work in done and done right.

Each of the Budget Bike Shops are great! They all know their bikes and how to fit them!

They get 5 stars for the selection, definitely the widest range of components, tools, and accessories in Madison. I have gotten many things there over the years. Overall, I don't give it 5 stars because their prices aren't actually that low.
