Come Ride the Hill and Feel the Thrill!

The Smoky Mountain Alpine Coaster is the longest downhill ride in the United States,with over 1 mile of track, so if you are looking for an unforgettable experience in your vacation here in the Great Smoky mountains, this is a must do!

The vehicles are designed to carry two visitors in comfort but can be handled easily by one alone. The riders are in control of the velocity (up to 27 mph) and this gives them a unique hands-on experience!

Rain, snow or sunshine no problem - the excellent braking effect is unchanged so you can ride year-round!
Age restrictions may apply, parents may need to ride with small children.

We don’t offer passenger rates, all rates are per individual and prices are based on age groups.

this outdoor roller coaster consists of high speeds, extreme heights, strong side to side movements!

FOR YOUR SAFETY ----> Please Read

- GUESTS MUST BE AT LEAST 54" TALL TO RIDE ALONE.

- PASSENGERS MUST BE AT LEAST 38" AND 3 YEARS OLD TO RIDE WITH A SUPERVISING COMPANION OF AT LEAST 16 YEARS OLD OR OLDER.

-THE TOTAL MAXIMUM COMBINED RIDERS WEIGHT SHOULD NOT EXCEED 375LB IN DRY WEATHER CONDITIONS AND 330LB IN WET WEATHER CONDITIONS.

- GUEST MUST HAVE UPPER AND LOWER BODY CONTROL AND BE ABLE TO SIT UP STRAIGHT WITH THEIR HEAD AGAINST THE SEAT BACK.

- THE ALPINE COASTER MAY NOT ACCOMMODATE GUESTS OF A LARGER SIZE; EITHER HEIGHT AND/OR WEIGHT, DUE TO THE CONFIGURATION OF THE SEAT BELT SAFETY SYSTEM. PLEASE BE AWARE OF WEIGHT AND HEIGHT RULES

- SEAT BELTS MUST BE ABLE TO BUCKLE

- NO HEADGEAR IS PERMITTED ON THIS RIDE, AND MUST BE REMOVED AND LEFT WITH LOOSE ARTICLES.

- CLOSED TOE SHOES AND SHIRTS ARE REQUIRED TO RIDE.

- LOOSE ITEMS ARE NOT PERMITTED ON THIS RIDE, AND MUST BE LEFT WITH A NON - RIDER. THE SMOKY MOUNTAIN ALPINE COASTER IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST, DAMAGED OR STOLEN ITEMS.

- ANY ITEMS LOST ON THE RIDE CANNOT BE RETRIEVED UNTIL PARK CLOSING.

- FOOD, DRINK, GUM AND CANDY ARE PROHIBITED ON THIS RIDE.

-SMOKING OR USE OF TOBACCO PRODUCTS ARE PROHIBITED AT THIS RIDE.

- MUST FOLLOW ALL THE INSTRUCTIONS GIVEN BY THE RIDE ATTENDANTS.


Guests with any of these conditions or any condition that could be affected by the forces of this ride or prevent the Guest from following all safety Rules and Guidelines must not ride. IF IN DOUBT, DO NOT RIDE!

INFORMATION FOR GUESTS WITH DISABILITIES

In the unlikely event of an Emergency, Guests may have to navigate steep pathways and small trails in order to evacuate this ride. If you have difficulty walking, it is recommended you ride with a Companion who can provide assistance if needed. if you are unable to evacuate on your own, you may have to remain in your seat until our Safety Team arrives to assist you.

Guests must securely lock or remove any prostheses before boarding to ensure your safety and safety of other Guests.
