Been a member for four years. Always been treated with respect. $40 a month, 24 hour availability. Small gym, not for serious lifters (unless you plan on waiting for the only free weight rack). If this is not a problem for you (it wasn't for me) than you'll love it.

I wanted to try this gym. First I had to make an appointment because the place is unmanned. I called on a Thursday and left a message. Some chick from their Montpelier office called back and said the guy's not there, I have to call back on Monday. I called back on Monday and left another message. The Montpelier chick called back and said the guy's not here, but that I should call again and make an appointment for the next day between 1 and 6:00. So I called AGAIN, and left a message saying that I'd see him on Tuesday at 4:00. He didn't call back to verify, so I went to the gym anyway thinking the guy would be there. But there was no one there! So.... they obviously have too many customers or the guy doesn't care. Strange, considering every time I drive past this place, its empty. Its probably just some mafia money-laundering place because they don't care about new customers. I went to Anytime Fitness just down the road and they were attentive and nice. Don't waste your time with the mafia wackos at Snap Fitness.

They will Fraud you. After you cancel "month to month" they will keep running your card The GM Steve is the main problem with this company
