First, let me preface this by saying I am not a regular member here. I was visiting FL from NJ, where my regular Snap is located. I contacted a few locations around where I was staying to ensure I wouldn't have any problems and to introduce myself. The ONLY location to respond to me was this one. Sarah got back to me right away to welcome me and make sure to know she was available. So, I went in the next day during staffed hours (speaking of which, the staffed hours at this location are extremely convenient) and Sarah was working at the front desk. Since I had my key with me, she made sure that it worked with the door. Excellent service all around! Now for the gym itself. The equipment is all in great shape. All cardio equipment works as it should, the machines are clean and up-kept, floor is clean, dumbbells are tight and organized, and the bathroom is modern and clean. The only thing that this gym does not have that my NJ gym does is a squat rack. There is, however, a Smith Machine if you need to do any squats, presses, etc. Overall a well-run Snap Fitness with friendly staff and members that clean up after themselves. Has just about anything you would need in a gym (they have tanning, too, but I don't use it). Very happy I found this location while in Florida!

I was looking for a gym to go to. I am so glad that I stumbled upon Snap Fitness Tarpon. This particular gym being managed by Hands-On owners who go above and beyond. The gym is set up perfectly, and not over whelming. I like that the owners are personable and addresses each member by name.

Great staff answers all your questions and willing to work with you. Very well kept and clean, it's like family. Keep up the good work.

I was approached by the owner, Justin Edwards, in the middle of my cardio to move to another machine so that he could clean a ceiling fan nearby. When I asked him if he had to do it right now his response was "I'm about to get out of here." Well excuse me then, clearly my work out and time is far inferior to your time and need to dust a fan! I find this to be extremely inconsiderate and unprofessional to request this for such a menial task. Of all the gyms I've ever been a part of I've never been asked to use a different machine so they can clean. On his way out he haphazardly said something to me but with my headphones on I can only guess he was trying to apologize but it's hardly an apology when you are walking out and I can't hear it. I hope dusting that fan was worth the $36/month you'll lose when I find another gym.

Clean with an extremely knowledgeable staff. Met the owners and they were simply amazing.
