I started CrossFit with this gym. I was able to go from out of shape to in shape, then have a baby and bounce back immediately. The programming is scalable and perfect for beginners and high level athletes. I loved it so much I got my L1 and became a coach part time. This gym is not only a gym, it's a community and a family. They have fun events and meetings to keep the sense of community alive. Located in Palm Harbor with easy travel from Tarpon Springs, Dunedin or even Clearwater. I wouldn't be able to call another gym home. Definitely check out Sutherland CrossFit and take the steps to change your life for the better.

Great gym, very welcoming and helped me through my first ever CrossFit workouts.  Definitely not as intimidating as I thought, love these guys and this gym!

I was apprehensive about crossfit, initially, until I stepped foot into Sutherland Crossfit. The workouts are not easy (nor should they be) but are completely doable for all age groups and fitness levels.  Coach Jackson is very good about pushing people to be their best, while teaching and expecting proper technique and form. His knowledge and expertise will keep you safe and get the best workout possible. The gym members are encouraging and everyone is there to help each other be better and reach their fitness goals. Crossfit provides a quick, efficient, and good workout. If you are in the Palm Harbor area, I would recommend Sutherland Crossfit as the place to be.
