I tried out this box originally through Groupon while I was shopping around. Tried it for my month and decided I wanted to stay! I get a lot through my workouts and the energy and support from my coaches are great! The community here is solid and I am very happy with my choice here and am looking forward to seeing my progress grow.

I cannot say enough great things about this place. I am out of shape and after many many years I decided enough was enough and it was time to get healthy. I was intimidated as I had tried cross fit many years ago and did not really like the atmosphere. This CrossFit is so different. No matter what shape you are in they will work with you. Gary- the owner is encouraging and Bucky will make you laugh even if you feel like you want to puke during a hard workout. Go now- you won't regret it.

This is such a great Box. The coaching is awesome, I have learned so much about fitness and nutrition since I have started. I highly recommend for anyone to come and try it out. The owners and coaches are so welcoming and so are all of the members. Great atomospher for training.

I was a little intimidated at first (I'm a 44yo woman). I'm glad I didn't let that stop me. The coaches are AMAZING teachers, I never thought I would be doing a clean and jerk, truthfully, I didn't even know what that was. I am better shape now than I was in my 20's, and made a bunch of new friendships.

Dropped into the 9am class, visiting from NYC. Friendly crowd and great coaches. Definitely be back.
