I adopted a kitty who had worms. After spending quite a lot of money over counter, I went in as a walk in. They were super friendly weighed her and checks her out! Gave me two round of deworming one there and a syringe to feed her in two weeks. $10 fee!  They’re so affordable. 
 
Made a spay/neuter appointment for my kitten a few months later, we gave the $25 deposit using card over phone. I had to last minute cancel because we were leaving town. They kindly rescheduled us for the following month. 

Overall great experience. They’ve sent an email with specific instructions for pick up/drop off of kitten which I think is amazing. I don’t have to take the day off from work.

We have a stray that showed up at our door one day. First took him for exam and shots then back today for neutering. All the staff is friendly , helpful and efficient!!

Long story short. I came to the clinic this morning to drop my dog off to be spayed. Was informed that i didnt have an appointment.  Along with another lady who was in my same boat. We were both treated as if there was no way we had scheduled appointments with them that we were mistaken. Luckily she. (the other lady) had made hers in person so she had someone to vouch for her. Wendy at the front desk is as rude as they come. She pretty much fought everything I said and had a "prove you wrong" attitude. The "manager" Caitlyn didn't seem very knowledgeable about scheduling. Brandy was very nice and sympathetic about my situation.  Was told the best they could do for me was get my dog in to be spayed at the end of the month. Im no longer comfortable with them to trust them with my animal due to their poor communication and how they handled my situation. None the less to give such rude (Wendy) people my money. Hire a friendly front desk gal!

I have taken 2 if my dogs here for shots and spay/ neuter ! They are very affordable do a very good job , my dogs were well taken care of ! I am taking a 3rd one tomorow for her shots and spayed ! Highly recomend

haven't got in yet, but i already have to wonder at their intelligence. I called asking about spaying/neutering my cats. was given a quote in price. So i asked about hours, and they told me their walk-in hours. These walk-in hours are for vaccine only, which is fine in and of itself, I just have to wonder why they think i wanted vaccine hours when i was asking about spaying/neutering. 

I guess because they are backed up so far, that they didn't even consider offering me the opportunity to make an appointment. They just implied that i could bring them in during walk-in hours, drop them off, then pick them up later. (which in hindsight should have been a red flag, but i didn't think that anyone could be so stupid as to give hours for something that they don't have hours set aside for.)
