This cozy and classy place has truly delightful entrees. The vegetables and sauces are chosen to compliment the main preparation, and placed on the plate in such a way as to be beautiful and to create little pockets of different, but harmonious flavors on the plate. Every herb and leaf is meant to be enjoyed with the main preparation so that the dish continues to evolve on the palate as the meal is consumed. While the pasta dishes and pizza are delicious, don't pass up one of the entrees if you want to experience something different and profound. Bravo!
They also have excellent mix drinks with classic preparations, a wine tasting room and outdoor seating. Amazing customer service.

Very friendly service and staff. Lovely ambiance. Prices weren't outrageous at all. Cute upstairs bar overlooking a beautiful cutout of the Poulsbo waterfront strip. Great for dates or business meetings. Private dining room available upon reservation for larger dinners. Clam appetizer was very tasty but overly salty (I'm not sensitive to Salt either) which is the only reason I'm not giving 5 stars. The pizza was delicious. Also very salty, however that may have just been the type of pizza I had, boasting salami olives and pancetta. Could have just been a back of house mistake and our friendly server would have surely replaced it but I could handle it given the delicious lemon drop she made.

The food is incredible! Each item had an excellent, creative flavor combination, and everything was cooked to perfection. We had the chicken honey lemon pizza, the salmon artichoke pizza, and finished off the meal by sharing the chocolate truffle with raspberry liqueur. There were many more seafood, pasta, and salad options if you're not in the mood for pizza.

We had our dog with us, and the restaurant was kind enough to save us a spot on the patio. Our dog enjoyed sitting out of the way, and saying hi to all the passersby on the street! The ambiance here is just incredible: sitting under a tree, with vines draped overhead, and lights glowing. We're definitely coming back here. My wife agrees, Sogno di Vino was the perfect place to eat!

Excellent service and food hands down. Great selection of wine, if it's not on the list you can search the wine store on location. If you have room the great deserts will fill you. Great for great food and relaxing.

Poulsbo is a tough place to find a great meal. This comes pretty close. My pasta dish was solid and my wife's risotto was good.
