Do not EVER do business with Deon or Greg Horton with SOL investors! They are scammers! They will lead you to believe they are gonna buy your house until a couple of days before closing and when they see they've put you in a bind, they will offer you a 1/4 of the original offer. Make sure they.put down earnest money! Otherwise they have nothing to loose. Deon is the shadiest! And Greg proclaims to be a Christian helping his nephew out. Don't do it!!!! They will dissapoint. YOU'VE BEEN WARNED!!!!
