I wish I could rate this a zero.  I've lived there for 4 years and the property has been going down hill each year, but they keep raising the rent each year with no improvements. There is a thing call rent control and the fair housing should know about the rent increases that are being made with No improvements. Maintenance is slow about coming out to fix anything. When they final fix it,, It's half done. It is a health hazard there, black mold, people are getting sick from the smells in the halls, garbage are throwing all over the place. Why don't you try sound proofing the wall in some of the units that are paper thin. Anyone can get in Harbor Pointe and Glennbrooke.  This place has become the projects of Milwaukee.  It used to be the place to live, now the reputation has gone to the dogs. Everyone I talked to is embarrassed to say they live there .  I think the health department need to come out and visit....... Every-time they  raise the rent, they say its because the property taxes are going up.  If you are paying the property taxes and I know part of those taxes are going toward roads, why do we have such raggedy streets?  They say they are staying within market values in the neighborhood according to the rent increase, BS. There are many communities in the neighborhood, with less rent and are well managed and well kelp. You are running all your good tenants away. It doesn't do any good talking to manager about anything, because all they care about is getting the rent. Manager want let you express your concerns, before they cut the conversation off. This need to be taken care of before it hit the media. It"s not safe there. People want to come home to a safe and comfortable place to live. It's just too much money for what you're not getting. It's not worth it. The media will have a field day with these properties........

Made a noise complaint about the neighbor above me. He blasts his music so loud everyday that the ceiling shakes and it wakes me up. I got a call back from the office telling me he has a noise complaint about me, saying he heard me yelling at the dogs in the morning for barking. He would only know I'm making the noise complaint if the office associates told him. This got handled in an unprofessional way and the neighbor is a jerk. There are many things wrong with living here. I wouldn't waste my time or money here.

WORST APARTMENTS YOU COULD HAVE A LEASES WITH!!!!!! WE MOVED ON JUNE 2017 THEY “SAID” THEY WILL FIX A PROBLEM THAT THE BATHROOM HAD NECER DID THE PROBLEM ALEAYS CAME AND THEY NEVER DID ANYTHING!!!! I GOT ROB THEY PUT NEW CAMARAS CAN YOU BELIEVE THEY DONT WORK????HAIR FROM ALL THE NEIGHBORHOOD WILL COME THRU THE BATHUB THEY DIDNT CARE!!!! WORST MAINTENANCE AS WELL IRRESPONSIBLE AND DISRESPECTFUL.  MS. BETH THE MANAGER WORST HOW COULD SHE BE A MANAGER THEY DONT CARE FOR THERE RESIDENT! MS. ANGIE MISSY ACTITUDES WATCH PUT FOR HERE!! PLEASE DONT MAKE THE MISTAKE!! ASK NEIGHBORS AROUND THEY WILL TELL YOU THEY WONT RENEW THERE CONTRACTS AFTER A YEAR!! THIS APARTMENTS NEEDS NEW IMPROVEMENT IN THE ADMINISTRATIVE AREA! THEY ARE THE WORST OF THE WORST IN MILWAUKEE, WI!!!!! REVIEW WATCH OUT DONT FALL FOR THIS SPAM!!!!!!!!

I JUST MOVED FROM THAT PLACE RECENTLY AND LET ME TELL YOU DONT EVER RENT FROM THESE SLUM LORDS THE MAINTENANCE PEOPLE ARE DUMB CANT FIX THINGS RIGHT MOLD,SPIDERS,ANTS,MICE AND ALL TYPES OF BUGS GET INTO YOUR HOUSE THEY ALWAYS RAISE YOUR RENT BUT DONT COME AND FIX A THING ON TIME IM GOING TO TELL YOU LIKE THIS DONT EVER RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE I HAD THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER LIVING SOMEWHERE...
