No one there seems to know what they are doing.  I pawned my wedding ring due to an emergency on a Wednesday, and staited very clearly that I would be back on  Friday to pick it up. When I arrived on Friday they charged me more to pick it up than they originally told me then AFTER taking my payment they said everything pawned had To be held for 48 hours. They supposedly refunded my payment  claiming something about they cannot accept credit versus debit but it's not back in my bank account,  so I cannot get my ring back. The staff needs to be trained and they need to be professional and learn better customer service skills.

As a lifelong customer and former employee of sols I'm really disappointed I went in on the 1st of November and put  a camera on layway and when I picked it up yesterday somehow they couldn't find the accessories that they said went with it the case the batteries or charger and when I called and asked about them they just basically said tough for you. I worked the counter with Sol and we never would have let something like that happen. Bad business boys and girls...

I like going in there because they have a wide selection of firearms, pretty much anything that you could want. They are overpriced a tad but if you're able to make a deal with the guys at the gun counter they treat you decently. Other than that they kind of look at you like you're an idiot, until you hand them your debit card.
