My husband and I purchased our wedding rings (about $2200). It took two people and over 45 minutes for us to check out. We were told they would be done the 28th. The 27th they called and said our RINGS (multiple) were done and when I went in to pick them up, only my husbands was done. Disappointing and poor communication from the store but whatever, mine would be done “tomorrow”, as promised. I call back yesterday and they didn’t even know where my ring was, they would find it and call me back. They called back and the man working on the ring TOOK IT HOME “to work on it from home”, but it would be done “tomorrow.” So today I call and they STILL are not done. She was very rude and said “uhhh it will be done. You can probably pick it up tomorrow.” So after three days of promising that it would be done tomorrow, they still aren’t finished and now I have to take my ring somewhere else to ensure no one switched out the diamonds considering someone walked out of the store with it and TOOK IT HOME WITH HIM. Never going to Riddles again.

I love Riddle's. They will be my jeweler as long as I live. I had a tanzanite birthstone ring that I had bought and lost from Riddle's. I got it while it was on sale and still gave me the sale price months and months after I lost it. They also always beat any other store with their quality and prices.

Love the Great Customer serive and the bridal selection with great prices. Also love the fact they cut the Noventa diamond in Rapid City, SD.

We stopped by Riddles 4 days before our wedding looking for a set for myself and a band for my husband.  A different company had messed up (long story short) so I wouldn't even have my engagement ring back before the wedding.  The managers at Riddles saved the day!  They were amazing help finding me exactly what I wanted, their prices were beyond anything we had seen, and they have an in house jeweler who got our rings done in 2 days!  We won't ever shop anywhere else!
