My third visit to a Sole Perfection store.  I have worked too hard to be a customer at the Freemont and Tacoma location. Still can't figure out why, so I have finally decided to find another shoe store that can assist me.

I was sized too small and when I returned the shoes they made it seem like they were doing a favor because it was over the month mark for returns. My feet hurt from the shoes they originally sold me and I have a little 'taylors bunion' because of it (which is VERY painful). The second pair of shoes I got were $150 but have no arch support and flimsy cheap insoles. Both times were rushed because they are so busy.

I needed a pair of insoles, and Curt was wonderfully helpful! He did a thorough assessment and made recommendations for me. Highly recommended place!

The person that helped me really knew her stuff, and made sure I found shoes that fit well, looked good, and generally met my needs. She also suggested an insole that made my old shoes much more comfortable, so I can keep them around in case of the rain and mud that's so common here.

The name of this store has changed; I don't remember what the new name is, but it's the same place.
