I have lived in the apartments for 3 months and I love it here. The location is perfect to stores and restaurants. They are conveniently located near both the middle and the high school. Sarah in the office is helpful from the time I began looking at the apartments and she continues to help when I need anything. The number of apartments per a building is great because I do not hear my neighbors which is good. I would recommend the apartments to anyone who is looking for a great place to live.

I moved in August of 2017 and have had nothing but good experiences.  The swimming pool was well maintained, the apartment was very clean when I moved in, the management team was very helpful and the complex is extremely quiet. Excellent value considering the fantastic and safe location.

This place sucks!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Kim the DM sucks too. She gives all her properties 5 stars.
Just because I don't have a lease here doesn't mean I don't know how much you suck. Yes you redid your pool and it's finally nice.
I also did a little research on people giving you 5 star ratings. It seems that most of them are the only reviews these people have ever posted ever!?!? While most of your 1 star reviews are from people that have reviewed things multiple different times. Seems to me like a ploy to get your rating out of the garbage.

Sarah Gooch who is the property manager is amazing. Always has a smile on her face and has continuously gone above and beyond to help her tenants out. Other property managers can learn a thing or two from her

I move here around a month ago and the management team is great, they went out of way to make me feel welcome, Sarah is a beautiful person. Only issue the hallway need to be upgraded with fresh carpet and paint.
