One star for customer service at the store on Dundee in Palatine. A friend was grabbing sandwich for our group of nine when she had a bad customer experience with (whom I believe is the manager)  an employee. 
After learning about her large order, he acted annoyed, treating the other people waiting in line nicely, but ignored her and didn't say thank you or have a nice day after she spent $50 on subs. 
She felt terrible, as if her order was less important than the others around her. 
He, the manager, even waived people from behind her ahead because he knew a "regular" customer's order. They obviously don't value new customers here.

Great place for a sandwich and entertainment! Always friendly! Very clean bathrooms unless someone dirties it up.

I tried the philly steak sandwich. It was pretty good
...I haven't tried anything so I really can't judge...But they don't ask u for toppings on the philly steak...

Rip Off From What They Used To Serve. Giant Subs Are As Big As A Foot Long. Better Off Going TO Subway. They Dont Deserve Anyones Money For Mediocre Subs
