I am a (very) regular at this location. They always are friendly and fast. When I order ahead the meals are always ready on time.

Love the service and the managers , use to work here always so nice and polite and understanding when I couldn’t make it , very clean place , food is always delicious never had a problem with any of my orders definitely the best chipotle I’ve been too ❤️

The G.M is so petty at the palatine location. Sean plays with peoples pay checks. If you ever work there, which I don't recommend because the mangers there just  boss people around because they say so. They don't care how much work they put on you. Oh and don't quit on them because they will play with your paycheck and give you the run around. The service sucks and everyone acts like the boss, there is no organization. Best move I made getting out of that company. Its not all what people say or maybe its just the G.M and the store!

Did online ordering and showed up to see that they had not even started it yet! I lucked out that it wasn't busy but still had to wait around.
